Types of Motor Rewinding We Offer
Single-Phase Rewinding

Lap Winding

The wire gauge used in rewinding depends on the motor horsepower, voltage, and application. We use enameled copper wire (or aluminum as per client preference), with high-grade insulation suitable for thermal classes up to Class H (180°C).
Note: Wire selection also depends on slot dimensions, winding configuration, and duty cycle requirements.
